Mr. Ulrich had to endure from June 20th to July 2 th numerous violations of basic Human Rights. Only as he was about to die did the judges and screws release their prisoner from his cell n° 614 in the penitentiary for the University Hospital Center in Lausanne, where the judge's victim still hover between life and death. The victim has been subjected to two surgical operations thus far, thanks to the excellent care of the medical personnel from University Hospital Center in Lausanne (CHUV) and Physician Dr HALLER. Mr. Ulrich was still alive as this communiqué was edited. We shall keep on publishing in accordance with further developments. |

This is the jail where Vaud judges keept their political prisoner in the Cell # 614
A fellow inmate, medical surgeon and French citizen, provided relief during Mr. Ulrich's detention, supported him morally and medically. The fellow inmates shall be summoned as witnesses og Mr. Ulrich atrocious suffering and we thank them in advance. |

They write on their flag the words “Freedom” and “Fatherland”, but the real facts in Switzerland seems to be so much different
• As the screws finally brought M. Gerhard Ulrich to the hospital, no one informed the victim's wife concerning the precarious state of his health.
• Worse yet: The following day, Ms. Ulrich had permission to visit him at 10am at the prison, but no public official, judge or warden had told her that her husband was facing death and was since the previous day already at the emergency ward of the University Hospital in Lausanne. Ms. Ulrich would get informed over the radio at 11pm.
• Whenever one calls on a judge in the Canton of Vaud in Switzerland, no secretary, clerk or civil servant ever gives her name. They also categorically and formally refused to give their names to a member of a Human Rights organization ! And not one of them forwards the call to the judge.
The organization of justice in Switzerland, a so-called democratic State of Law, looks more like a shady organization or a totally secret society. A state in the state.

Well, without (here) any prompting or compulsion from any authority, the Swiss Internet provider www.bluewin.ch (here) - a branch of Swisscom Ltd, has devoted to technically realize the censorship on Swiss territory not only of www.appel-au-peuple.org - which reconstituted itself immediately under URL www.swissjustice.net (here), www.swisscom.uk and different domain names (here) as well.
Although by no means concerned by the Swiss justice's dysfunction, the provider owned principally by the Swiss federal Govt. censured the entire c9c networks (here) as well on Swiss territory, freezing all communications to and from Swiss territory and also e-mails. in front of the houses of a Swiss judge. It seems, that the civil servant don’t like the visit of political activists and democratic expression of the Switzerland’s people. A free country ? |
